Couples that have already begun the planning process but need guidance with vendors for their big day. They want a dedicated professional wedding planner to assist them while still being involved in the planning process.
We will assist the couple with the following:
- Vendor Referrals – For 3 categories of your choice (such as Photography, Florals, Decor, Stationary, etc.)
- Design Board – creation of design board based on your tastes, vision, preferences complete with ideas for colour, decor, floral, stationary for your inspiration
- Vendor Contracts – Review of all vendor contracts and payment reminders for all vendors
- Vendor Management – 1 month prior to wedding day
- Three (3) meetings leading up to the wedding day (8 weeks out, 6 weeks out and 2 weeks in advance of the wedding day)
- Custom detailed wedding day itinerary, suited to your needs
- Personalized wedding timeline to stay on track and floor plan for reception
- Unlimited communications via email
- Month-of Coordination service: Our Partial Wedding Planning service includes everything listed in our Month-of Coordination package
