We will assist with the following:
- One 1-hour meeting leading up to the proposal day to discuss all items related to the proposal
- Vendor Sourcing – we will source all of your vendors based on your vision, budget and needs (decor, photography, venue and location)
- Unlimited communication via email to discuss all items with vendors, venue and finalization of proposal details
- Vendor Coordination – coordinate your bookings and review your contracts
- Proposal Plan Creation – create the perfect proposal plan and share the schedule with your vendor team
On the day of the Proposal:
- On-site coordination for 2 hours
- Assist with Set up & Tear Down, if required
- Coordinate with your photographer to ensure all details and reactions are captured and ensure you have the most memorable day!
