You’ve planned your wedding, congratulations! What about the actual wedding day itself? Sit back, relax and enjoy the festivities. Let us coordinate and handle all of the big and small details leading up to your big day. This package is for the couple who has already planned every aspect of their wedding and needs a professional to organize the final details and coordinate a seamless event.

Let us coordinate and handle all of the big and small details leading up to your big day. We will assist with the following:
- Two (2) 1-hour meetings leading up to the wedding day (6 weeks out and 3 weeks in advance of the wedding day)
- Unlimited communication via phone, email or text (starting at 4 weeks in advance of the wedding day)
- Venue liaison and review of banquet event orders
- Creation of wedding day documents and itinerary to distribute to vendors, helpers and wedding party
- Coordination of reception details and liaising with caterer, DJ, MC, photographer, etc.
On your wedding day, you can expect up to 9 hours of coordination with two professional wedding coordinators:
- Behind the scenes assistance in orchestrating your ceremony schedule
- On-site coordination to ensure everything is executed perfectly according to your vision
- Assist with production of wedding day, such as placing menu cards, favours, welcome signage, etc.
- Greeting at ceremony & reception and accompanying guests to seats
- Reminder of speeches, toasts, cake cutting and other important schedule details
- Access to our “Wedding Day Emergency Kit”
